API access is available for the integrations your school builds. Schools that maintain their own infrastructure can run TASS on premises, with the school responsible for servers, backups, and update cycles.

Enrolments, attendance, timetabling, medical records, academic reporting, learning support, and pastoral care share one student record. Medical, custody, and risk alerts appear on the screens where staff need them. Parents update their own contact details, submit absences, and book parent teacher interviews through Parent Orbit. Those updates reach the student record without office staff retyping them. Role based training runs before go live and covers the tasks your team performs daily. TASS development is customer-driven. Schools raise requirements through the customer forum, and the product team publishes the direction it is working towards. Schools that engage with that process influence it.

Each phase produces documentation the board can read: the data mapping record, the hosting and certification detail, and the schedule for switching off each system. Vendor contracts reduce as that schedule completes.
