DRIVING

Paid parking is available underneath BCEC. Car Parks 2 and 3 will provide the most convenient entry to the TASScon space.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

BCEC is conveniently located next to bus, train, and ferry options. You can plan your journey via the TransLink website.

TAXI / RIDESHARE

Taxi ranks are located outside the main entrance to the Centre on Merivale Street and a taxi drop off is located at the Grey Street entrance.

Registration

Registration opens at 8am. Follow the signs to the Registration Desk once you enter the TASScon space at BCEC (on the Boulevard level).

Have your tickets ready on your device or printed out, so we can scan you in as soon as possible, set you up with your lanyard, and give you a TASScon goodie bag.

If you're having trouble finding them, search your inbox for an email from order@humanitix.com to find your tickets and order confirmation. If someone else at your school purchased tickets on your behalf, you may need to ask them to forward this email to you.

Gala Dinner

Don’t want to miss out on a great night with your peers? A limited number of Gala tickets are still available! Visit the TASScon ticket page to purchase a ticket before they're all gone.

The dress code for the Gala Dinner is business/semi-formal.

Please note we cannot guarantee specific dietary requirements will be accommodated for last-minute ticket purchases.

Day 3 Masterclasses

After two busy days of TASScon, join us for an exciting day of getting up to speed on a range of areas of the system.

All Masterclasses involve hands-on exercises and interactive demonstrations, so you will require a laptop to ensure you can actively participate in the practical aspects of the training and make the most of the learning experience.

Masterclass sessions will take place in the BCEC Arbour Rooms and Mezzanine Rooms. Please check the agenda below to check which room your Masterclass session will be hosted in.
