Our on-boarding is designed to ensure that you know what's going on and where all the moving parts are every step of the way.

Step 1

Project Planning

To kick things off we will allocate you with a dedicated Implementation Specialist.

Their job, is to walk you through each stage of on-boarding, sticking with you for the entire process to ensure that your implementation priorities are met.

Environment

Next the environment that your TASS software will live on needs to be prepared.

This could be your school's on premise servers or, a 'Cloud' hosting provider. The choice is yours!

Configuration

Once the software is installed, it needs to be configured in readiness to receive your data.

Your Implementation Specialist will guide you through the configuration of each area with hands-on consulting.

Data Migration

TASS uses a data upload program built specifically to move your data from point A to B ensuring that it goes in right and it goes in clean.

Training

We will work with you to create a customised training plan that fits you and your staff.

Our training plans are designed to ensure that your staff have a solid foundation to go on and execute their roles efficiently in TASS once we're done.

Day One

We've got your back!

We can have someone on the ground with you to make sure that your first day of operation on TASS goes as smoothly as possible.

Customer Success Handover

Once we're confident that the school is acclimatising well, you will bid farewell to your Implementation Specialist and the school will be handed over to Customer Success.

Their job is to make sure that your school continues to move forward and succeed!
