There is also a special deceased persons feature, which ensures consistency of an individual’s deceased status across all records and automatically removes them from TASS Community mailouts.

The Community module also has a convenient tool that allows the plotting and maintenance of family relationships. The family relationship is then displayed as an interactive graphic. It also provides a simple tool to maintain family trees and will cater for those very complex family scenarios that occur at most schools.

TASS Community provides a tool to quickly create and maintain mailing lists. By bringing together the flexibility of the TASS address structure and re-usable mailing lists, duplicates are now eliminated. This means that the individual who has several roles at the school can receive a single copy of the expensive school journal, thus reducing costs and the confusion caused by unnecessary duplication.
